L\u2019alerte ou whistleblowing est le signalement d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s ou d\u2019abus au sein d\u2019une entreprise, d\u2019une autorit\u00e9 ou d\u2019une autre organisation. L\u2019alerte pr\u00e9sente aussi bien un d\u00e9fi majeur qu\u2019une chance. En effet, c\u2019est souvent gr\u00e2ce aux alertes qu\u2019une organisation peut d\u00e9tecter des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s existantes en son sein et prendre des mesures adapt\u00e9es pour y rem\u00e9dier. Le lancement d\u2019alerte est un outil essentiel de pr\u00e9vention de la corruption.<\/p>\n

Le manuel de Transparency Suisse explique comment des organisations \u2013 des PME en particulier \u2013 peuvent g\u00e9rer les alertes de mani\u00e8re peu couteuse et efficace.
