Financial Times 08.01.2019 Swiss government plans to update laws on whistleblowers will fail to provide sufficient protection for employees who reveal corporate wrongdoing. Swiss lawmakers seem to have not yet understood the importance of an adequate whistleblower protection for employees, but also the value added for Swiss companies and Switzerland as a business location, said Martin Hilti, executive director of Transparency International Switzerland.
